Do the bites need to be refrigerated?
Fuel’d Protein Bites are best stored frozen to maintain their premium texture, freshness, and quality.
When you're ready to enjoy them, simply allow the bites to thaw at room temperature for 10–15 minutes for the perfect taste and texture experience.
For optimal quality, keep frozen when not serving.
How long do they last?
Our bites stay fresh for up to 7 - 10 days refrigerated.
For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 60 days.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — we currently deliver across the Greater Montreal Area, Laval, and the South Shore.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 24–48 hours depending on your location and order volume.
How much protein is in each serving?
Each serving contains approximately 24g of protein per pouche.
Are the bites high in sugar?
Our bites are crafted to be high in protein and lower in sugar than traditional desserts while still delivering a rich, indulgent taste.

Can I freeze them?

Yes. Every batch is handcrafted in Montreal using carefully selected premium ingredients.
